About Us

Sprout and S.T.E.M. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides urban public high schools in Providence, Rhode Island with tutoring services, mentorship programs, and academic scholarships.

Our team is led by a core of young professionals, many of whom are medical students at the Warren Alpert Medical School. Together, we collaborate with community partners and institutions of higher education to stimulate an interest in S.T.E.M. and ensure the success of hardworking students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
